We did an interview with TCC novena's manager, Rina. When asked about the concept of the shop, she answered,"We provide coffee but we also provide fine dining. So while enjoying your coffee, you can enjoy good food at the same time." TCC has a wide range of coffees. Their most popular would be the hazelnut qahwah which is a strong brew of coffee with the aroma of hazelnut. Their coffees are definitely different from Starbucks or other cafes' like Coffee Bean or Gloria Jeans.
The prices at TCC however, is not affordable to many. What we want to do for our concept shop is make fine brewed coffee affordable. Most of the cafes' in Singapore are expensive and a drink may cost the price of a McDonald's meal. What we want for our concept shop is to appeal to the younger generation as well as the older ones. Like TCC we want to provide good food at an affordable price.
